Currently eve the USDT vault is not open for public yet. It is a closed beta where we have put half of earlier raised amount to showcase the results.

Good question. First, there is limited supply for RVF and 2nd as i mentioned the more you want to deposit in Vault the more RVF you need to stake. So I believe these will be users who want to buy and kep as much RVF as possible to use in the applicaiton :)
